Don Norman: emotional design


Dom Norman reflects upon a new perspective in design. He states that successful design does not have to be functional or aesthetically pleasing can still be pleasurable to use.  


Norman describes his stark Juicer . Norman focuses on subconscious experiences, as it is gold plated it cannot be used to juice oranges. One might think that this is useless
